Specialist Services:
Although we carry out many different Industrial Cleaning tasks we specialise in Kitchen Deep Cleaning, Canopy & Extraction Cleaning & Fire & Flood Restoration.
The requirement for Kitchen deep cleaning services is becoming more evident in the last 2 years following the Council drive on Scores on the doors which provides the customers with the score of your premises hygiene. Pathway Cleaning is there to assist you from day one! We will discuss areas of concern you may need us to look at in greater detail, we will carry out a free no obligation survey & quotation for cleaning services based on your individual needs.
We also provide a Canopy & Extraction Cleaning service for your building which is certified by us as an accredited member of the HVCA. Our Manager will complete a free survey of your system, complete a schematic drawing of the route the extract travels and assess any access door requirements you may need. Once cleaned you will be provided with a certificate of cleanliness which states when the system was cleaned and when the next one will be due.
Not only are Pathway Cleaning Ltd accredited by the HVCA they are also one of the first companies in the UK to be accredited with the HVCA Trustmark Guarantee.
Another service we provide is Fire & Flood restoration. Although it’s never a nice event to happen to you. Pathway Cleaning Ltd endeavours to be as helpful as possible and provide you with a prompt and thorough service from start to finish.
Our flood team will attend your property within 24hrs of being called and with authorisation commence the drying process. De-humidifiers and Air Movers will be installed in strategic locations to maximise drying time. Removal of floor coverings and wall coverings where necessary will also be made to assist with the drying process.
Return visits will then be made to take moisture readings and assess the dryness of your property. Once dry, you will be provided with a certificate of dryness.
Our Fire Restoration Service, once approval is gained to commence work and your loss adjusters have carried out their assessment, we will attend and remove all damaged and disgarded waste and building material from the property. Areas that are smoke damaged will be deep cleaned and chemically de-odourised ready for re-decoration. Areas that are too damaged will be stripped back from the surface in preparation for the re-build process.
